Our development team continues to grow! ExperiencePoint Inc. is looking for a creative, smart, and hard-working individual to help build the next generation of our web-based learning/gaming platform.

As PHP Developer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and implementation of application architecture and data models;
2. Building the game development toolset, environment, and processes;
3. Testing and debugging applications.

To succeed in this role, you must possess superior teamwork skills and excel in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. You are conscientious and disciplined and have a proven ability to implement features rapidly while maintaining quality and reliability. You enjoy solving problems and discovering new ways to do things, and you are confident in your ability to communicate your solutions to your colleagues.

*Exceptional interpersonal skills
*The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical ‘need to haves’ - 3-5 years of experience with:
*HTML standards, JavaScript/CSS/DOM, XML
*PHP 5/PHP OOP
*PostgreSQL or other RDBMS

Technical ‘nice to haves’:
*Linux
*Symfony Framework
*ORM using Propel
*SubVersion or other version control system
*Actionscript 2.0
*ColdFusion
*AJAX (Scriptaculous, Prototype)
