Hello all

Nice idea. Maybe it would be a good idea to contact some of the developers that posted here about there personal applications (php-editors).
For example PHP Designer 2005 looks very nice, and it would be a good starting point.
Some features are not working as I would expect, some features would be more than necessary.
I started learning html, than php using Macromedia Dream Weaver … for me that is the quality standard.
A free tool that has the basic functionality (not the entire functionality ...) of Macromedia Dream Weaver … would be storming.

I am a quality assurance engineer; I am from Romania, I would be happy to help with the testing part. And when I say testing I don’t mean given clicks all over the application (that is free testing – it is necessary too in some point in some development stages) … but creating testing scripts for different modules / functionalities (orientated testing), so at the end the future application will be well documented and the errors will be well tracked down.

I finished chemistry 3 years ago, I am in the first year at informatics … I know some php / mysql, I will have to learn C++ / Java and probably others languages. But for now I don't consider myself a programmer.

Most important thing in this moment I think is to start the project. That means that some one should take the initiative, create the starting point, contact some peoples, create a base group, assignee and define responsibilities and start listing the ideas and features of the future application …
Than create the infrastructure – a web page, a forum, a tracker database, … you know … the interaction - communication with the other peoples that are interested in this project!

I will stop now here … I am waiting some answers / ideas / suggestions / anything …

Best regards!
