This is a bit hard question, in the way Jango is not an open source software.
I've tried to figure it out myself in an online demo but i couldn't. It's not that clear i must say.
Following an online manual, the only thing i found was about changing the site's header:

... Jango comes installed with a default page header for the articles page. This cannot be deleted and only one can be used. The header however, can be turned off by un-checking the 'Publish' checkbox located at the bottom of the page.
The only other option available is to edit the header. Use the Asset Manager and the HTML Editor to customise the header to the way you would like it to appear.
The changes can be viewed by using the preview button or after saving it can also be viewed by clicking on the Article link located in the front end of the site

Which i couldn't either! Or perhaps the online demo i found had no option for that.
Seems you got to wait for someone who have already used Jango and tried that!
