I wanted to mention this NuSphere new
php deployment tool for windows - PhpDock. It combines webserver and web browser in the single executable of very small size and can run php scripts just like you would run them with Apache or IIS. Actually you can take your web application and just simplu deploy it to windows desktop. Your end user doesn't need to be connected to the internet, no web server is needed - not even a browser. Pretty neat i think
