I need a creative PHP coder/flash designer from MAnchester able to build a php costum rich media content site integrating the TURBINE 7 :

This project aims to build a online “copy left” multimedia database easy to navigate and ready to be used by all internet users. Will be a “1-day-festival” of informal talks about musical activism, internet Video, Open source software, Video making, Interactivity, street art and presentations of internet works from 3 analogues networks from Manchester, Bristol and Sao Paulo (Brazil).
