apache stopping with sugarcrm on xampp

Recently i have setup the SugarCRM in my localhost (xampp with apache2.0).
Everything was fine during setup. After setup when i am navigating through SugarCRM pages .. Apache giving error message:

"Apache is too busy or crashing .. Will restart within few seconds..The unsaved data will be lost.."

Again the apache restarting..When i am using the same Apache with other cms like Joomla , it is working fine..without any error..

Please guide me solution if you know for this problem..
