Compiling a module for windows apache

Hi All,
I'm trying to get a module installed on my Windows Apache server. Specifically mod_auth_token. I'm new to the apache world and could use some help. The install help file for the module seems to only have directions for Linux type distributions. Is there a common way to be able to compile the *.so file so it works on windows?
