Default PHPEdit 2.10 BETA is available with XDebug
We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of version 2.10 featuring XDebug support. Notice that DBG is still available but we will focus now on providing support for XDebug as it is open source.

You can find information about how to configure and use XDebug support in the manual here: http://doc.waterproof.fr/phpedit/debugging_profiling.
