PhpED IDE for PHP Frameworks: Zend Framework, CakePHP, Prado, and Joomla

PHP frameworks are the natural evolutionary step in PHP development. In general they bring the advantage of Model View Controller paradigm to PHP programmers and facilitate PHP development by separating the presentation and business logic layer in the applications.
