Hi, i am having a hard time installing phpMyChat on our apache server. I am not familure at all with php. The program i guess is supposed to be from an existing website. The phpMyChat.php3 text gives some help but i cant get it to open at all.. I know that this is very vague but I really dont know where to start!

Any help or what information do you need...

Hope I can help ....

I just finished setting up phpmychat

All you need to do is ftp all files to a folder in your public site ..... say /chat for example
chmod config.lib.php3 to 777 (is in /config folder)
run setup.php3 and make sure you use a valid sql database
if you don't already have one, you will have to create one (can be blank cause setup makes the relevant tables)
once done chmod config.lib.php3 back to 755
detele the /install folder and you are done
then running index.php3 will start the chat
