I am looking for a motivated & entrepreneurial person who can work with me on current projects and new ventures. Basically someone with a can do attitude and the knowledge and drive to make things happen (more specifically modern php/actionscript/javascript/MySQL things).

I'm not sure about payment, but I'd definitely split the profits with a person. I have a couple of projects for websites but lack all of the required abilities. As of now these projects are stalled as the previous techie left them half-way.
