MyPHPAdmin - PHP-Editors

Good day,
I have just started at a new company that use PHP and MySQL. I am totaly new to PHP and MySQL - NO experience. I need to install PHPMyAdmin on my pc to be able to access the MySQL db. Where do I start? I know that you can get PHPMyAdmin from the Internet, but am a bit confused which site to use. And do I need to install something else before I can install phpMyAdmin?
Any help will be welcome.

Thx, but which of the files in the list should I download? Or do I have to download everything?

And what else do I need on my pc? IIS??

yes. web server needed.
you can use standalone application, for example: http://www.webyog.com/en/
this application don't require for web server.
only connection details for your server.
