Default Merge Database

Hi,
I have a website www.dadli-scene.com
and i have alot of php scripts on it, some requiring users to register.
i want to create a central login/register option that would allow someone to gain access to all these difference php scrips on the site
but i dono how to start
i'm guessing i need to be merging all the databases into one then get a user register/login script to control that...

any suggestions or help?

Thanks

Wayne
