I have a problem creating new databases. I use phpMyAdmin and when I create a database phpMyAdmin does not record any kind of error but when I run WinMySQLAdmin and I go to the databases tag for some strange reason it does not recognize the new database. Also when I try to install a forum under that database it says "Cannot connect to database" for the reason that MySQL does not recognize the new database that was created. How can i fix this problem?Please help me as soon as possible.
