Mysql denied command problem

Hi,
I'm having a problem using the 'INSERT' command in mysql. The error that I get is 'INSERT command is denied for user@localhost'.
Now I've tried to various techniques:
Logged on as the root user and grant myself insert prvilieges and it says that i was denied access. I'm tottaly lost. I've google the problem, it told me to restart mysql and still that doesn't work. I have no idea whats up.Can someone help me. Email me personally at:

If that is the error, it is clear the problem is your user doesnt have enough access. You can GRANT yourself more, or edit the user table in the mysql database and then restart.
