JOIN on same table using dates

Hi there,

Im stuck with a problem that I can't get my head round, even after reading page after page about joins.

I have a messages table where messages from users are sent in, and the message, user, and what time it arrives is recorded.


I have to find all users that have stopped sending messages for the last day only.

I have completely confused myself with the problem. Please can someone help?
