PHP Documentation/Mapping Tool

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but will take a chance.

I am looking for some software that will assist in documenting/mapping out PHP code. What I mean is something that will take a file as input and let me know (for example):

What other files are "included"?
How many function calls are made?
etc.
etc.

The idea is to have the ability to quickly map out a site built with PHP. I have tried to search for the last few days but haven't come up with anything. Does anybody know? Any information will be sincerely appreciated. Thx.

It is based on JavaDoc and does more or less what you are looking for.
