Help creating php web page

I have freelance webasite ready, with php script, I m new to php, I want to add content in my pages ie "privacy policy, terms, FAQ etc.

Where should I put these contents in my website. so site can work properly.
my site is connected to sql database, it has category table which has 39 projects category but when site is opend in browser, it show only 20 projects category.
