Looking for an editor

Can anyone tell me if there is a PHP editor that has function minimization feature .. like you click on the function name and its body shows or hides ?

That function is called code outlining I believe.
I got used to having that when I was writing c++, its a pain that most php editors dont have it. UltraEdit does have that function though, although I'm not too fond of the editor itself.
