PhpEd Not Closing HTML Tags?

Hi.

I've just downloaded PhpEd to give it a look at and from what I can tell it doesn't do code completion on HTML tags, nor does it close HTML tags. Even when you use the tags from the "Function" list that are clearly listed in the included HTML manual as requiring a closing tag, it doesn't include a closing tag!

I've looked everywhere through the help files about code completion but I can't seem to get it to close HTML tags. Is this how it works, or is it just buggy?
