Recommend a PHP Editor

I'm looking for a PHP editor

Preferably something free (I'm only a student)

i would like some sort of highlighting (highlight certain syntax)

PHP debugging is a must, also connection to MySQL would be very useful

But most of all i would like something that show the links between opening and closing a statement (eg a line going from the opening <p> to the closing /p>)

i have to bump this because i've been looking for a good 3 days now.

are there any open source PHP IDE's out there that can parse and possibly debug PHP? within the same window or whatever. i don't want to use eclipse because i don't want to have java going and secondly i wanted it in C/C++ so i can see how it's done. that's the biggest thing

it doesn't have to be anything fancy just run the PHP Parser in it

If you're not going to use the program for commercial use, you can ask a free license. For me it has everything you need.

My vote is for PhpED from nusphere - http://www.nusphere.com/products/phped.htm

They are actually selling their Standard version for just $49 now - it is on sale, they just aren't announcing it - it's really cool price, they usually have it at $119
Their Pro edition is also on sale at $60 off - I paid the full price and was worth it too
