Hi,
I am afraid, you missed these two:
- Antech. PHP Editor -- www.c-point.com
- Top PHP Studio -- www.top-systems.net
Both of these are shareware.
Why there are a lot of generic text/HTML editors in the list ? Many of them doesn't really supports PHP (except syntax coloring) !

The 'more editors' list was put live to cover generic editors... see the editors search function for editors more suited to PHP.

WeaverSlave 3.9.17.1 :
http://www.weaverslave.ws/en/weaverslave/index.php
(Postcard or donation requested. So I guess it's free. :P )

Some of its features :

Windows only.
English, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish language files.
Integrated PHP debugging with Xdebug.
Integrated CVS client.
Integrates TopStyle.
Can be extended through plugins.
List of all PHP4 functions (Type the first/few letters and context sensitive).
Syntax highlighting for many scripting and programming languages.
Syntax highlighted printer output.
Tabbed MDI.
Customizable interface.

Just checkout the screenshots page. It has comprehensive info about each one of them.

Negative points :
The FAQ at the site is in German only. And it's rather small. (To be honest, the program is very intuitve, and fast.)
The included PDF help file (14 pages) is in German only.

But just in case, there is a feedback form at the site. (Sofar I didn't have any reason to use it though.)

With all respect, but the developer of this superduper PHP IDE, MUST take a Promotion or Marketing training course.
(Or he is just too busy making shitloads of money. )
