I am new with PHP, MYSQL and i have never done a game. I need help with creating a soccer manager game to be played online.
I am new don't know what to do and how to do it, and where to start.
I need this game build however by end of april.
The game consists of computer and human players which will have money to spend on buying, selling and playing each other to see who is the best at the end of the season.
I want to use flash so when they playing game with each other they can see what is happening.
This is what the game would be but i don't know how to start it or what to do could anyone help me PLEASE.
