Creating new game

hi , i am currently looking to create a game like planetarion/starsphere, a tik based game.
and i currently need a php programmer, as i do not know php .
i will just do graphics.

the php coder will get 40% of the revenue when we turn paying , and will have 50/50 say in everything both people will be gamemasters.
