SeaOfShadows.com almost released, need an artist

I am looking for someone interested in a resume building experience and possibly a profit in the near future. I have created an online text-based mmorpg using PHP called SeaofShadows.com and I already have the game 75% finished and hoping to finish within the next 2-3 weeks or less. I am in need however of a layout because the one I designed I am not happy with and do not feel it goes well with my game. I basically just need a left side bar perferably as an ancient pirate scroll of some sort. The background of the site will be black and I will be using green and black tables like kingsofchaos.com ORC theme. I will also need a nice header/banner that can stretch to all resolutions, so just a picture/logo on the left side with some nice text Sea Of Shadows.
I mainly just want the site to have as much room as possible in the center for the game. So I want the banner to be smaller, not too low, and the left side bar to be skinner not too wide. I also would like a nice background/table for banner ads that Iw ill be adding that are stretchable, but that is not a must.
