What good Source Code is out there?

Hi All -

I want to play around with my own PHP-based rpg. Unfortunately, I dont have time to start one from scratch...So, I am wondering if this community has any good suggestions on something that would be good to use as a "template".

I know there are a bunch of open-source games out there, but most of the ones I have seen on sourceforge havent been touched in a couple of years.

Are there any other games lurking out there that anyone knows of?

I know a great rpg template, totally free, easy to customise online, and you can get a ton of addons as well as make your own. You can edit the php, and the features, or both if you so choose.
