I started a new RPG project coded in PHP.

The RPG is called ezRPG and it's meant to be used as base code for anybody who wants to create a game.
There are no releases yet, but the latest code can be found in the SVN repository.
It will feature a complete admin panel so you won't need to know any PHP to run the game, but that's in the future
For now, there's a very basic game system that you can all use!
