In need of someone to edit my vbulletin website

Hello all

I require a php editor to redisgn my vbulletin website layout. To give all you guys an idea i quite like the look and feel of MoneyTec Traders Community Forum and DaniWeb IT Discussion Community - Software Programming / Web Development and Technical Support ( i especially like the interactive header that moneytec has?)

If anyone is interested i need them to start it as soon as possible for launch. I can provide the person with all the neccessary codes etc.

To clarify this is going to be a bodybuilding and fitness forum
