Hello!

I'm working with the startup company TokBox.com. Our product enables video conferencing in the browser. To start a video conference, participants simply go to www.tokbox.com, and our Flash-based application takes care of everything. No software download, install, or configuration necessary.

We have a very talented technical team, but are looking for a PHP Developer to help us keep up with rapid growth. Our offices are currently located in Palo Alto, CA, and we offer competitive compensation and equity packages.

The ideal candidate will have:
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science
- 3-5 years of experience with LAMP (PHP preferred)
- Familiarity with AJAX/DHTML
- Scalable web development interest and experience
- Interest in feature development to accommodate user needs

Key Responsibilities
- Creatively think about user behavior and optimize flows
- Lead work on developing the website based on a LAMP stack + AJAX
- Rapidly develop new features based on user feedback and statistical data
- Creatively think about massive-scalability challenges
- Work on weekly and bi-weekly deadlines
