PHP Superstar needed in Chicago

Hello everybody.

BACKGROUND:
I'm a web developer/designer and AdWords Professional who is expanding past the home-based business! Business is booming and I need to get an office and staff quickly. The first person I need is a take-charge, get-****-done-and-done-right, PHP/MySQL expert who can hit the ground running.

PREFERRED QUALITIES:
I need a bright, self-motivated PHP developer who is excited and interested in helping me grow this thing. Someone who isn’t afraid to learn new skills and is open to new possibilities as the web marketing field continues to evolve. No degree required (I ain't got none - lol).

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be really good at PHP/MySQL (2+ years experience) with good examples of clean code. I'm a stickler for standards-compliance, clean code, full-css, separation of presentation / content, etc, etc, etc.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Most of the design/development work comes from AdWords clients, which is actually what the business specializes in. Someone who is a Qualified AdWords Professional gets bonus points. Would need to be willing to become one otherwise, which I can help you with.
- Been doing more open-source development for small projects. Experience with Drupal, Wordpress, SugarCMS, etc. would be great.
- We also do a lot of Google Analytics set-up and monitoring. Experience implementing and configuring would be good.
- I'm using odesk.com now to outsource some work and would love to also have someone with Project Management experience, or is willing and capable to learn.
- There's definitely other skills that would be valuable to bring. I am willing to train in other areas as needed and quite open to learning from you too.

POSITION:
- Job is a regular 9-5 (or 8-4 or 10-6) M-F in a laid-back but highly productive office environment.
- You'll be provided with project descriptions to self-manage, the end goal is the priority. I'll market, sell, and strategize with both client and you, and will still be helping with design/development.
- The office will be here: Contact Us (I'd like to move it to Oak Park eventually though.)

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The business is growing and you can grow your position with it! Starting salary is $40k - $50k. I'm hoping to stay at the lower end to get rolling, but also hoping to get someone with good experience, so may have to pay the higher end of the range. Let me know what you require when you reply.

Benefits package kicks in after 90 days including health insurance with 50% coverage on you and family, 2 weeks vacation first year, major holidays, and some 'actually-sick' days (please, no bullshitting me). You will also be eligible for the profit-sharing plan after the first 90 days.
