Needed: PHP Developer experienced in developing social networking sites!

We are an exciting startup is seeking a PHP developer to help a social networking site based on the Ning platform. We are in what you could call a "final beta" and have a reasonable list of deliverables for the incoming developer. We are looking for a developer willing to partner with us to get this initial list of deliverables completed, preferably on an hourly basis, so that we can get the site from "final beta" to launch. Once the site is up and running, we are looking to discuss/develop a plan with our developer for maintenance of the site and to strategize a second phase to include greatly expanded features and functionality. So that's the background, and here are a few questions for an incoming developer:

1. What is your hourly rate?
2. Are you familiar with the Ning platform?
3. Do you have experience working with the Ning platform?
5. What is your turn around time (generally) on projects?
6. If you represent a company or group of developers, who would handle my account with you?
7. If you represent a company or group of developers, what kind of relationship would I have as a client with my account manager and the development team doing the work?
