I wanted to double check on the output requirements for the Contest B3 (Jumbled Words).
Because of the requirement to color the "blank" characters red, I assume that it is ok to embed HTML in the output. Should that be the only HTML present, or should it be a fully qualified HTML document?

Thanks for you help,

Embedded HTML is required. Im not to bothered if all the HTML tags are there or not, its fine just to return the required string with HTML.
