Hey

I'm kinda new to all this but my work has asked me to develop a solution for SSH and Telnet-integration in PHP5. I've done various sites before, but none using external applications.

The description is as follow. We have switches running behind a closed network in various locations and the only way to get to those switches is to SSH into a "jumphost", running FreeBSD 5.3. From there we can telnet onto the corresponding switches in that peticular network.

What i am asking is suggestions or tools for developing this kind of interface.

In the end, i would like to be able to open and close switch-ports, upload new configurations and such, using a web-interface. In doing this, might it be possible to integrate the interface into our existing customers-database-system so that no real SSH/Telnet-skills are required for customers-support, inorder to open and close connections for peticular customers.

I am hoping for your corporation in this and looking forward to hearing from you.

http://curl.haxx.se/

Yeah that was very genral. Also I seem to lack the ability to spell.
