Default build for PHP

Contest rules state no extensions, only default build. Can you clarify exactly what you have included in your default build?

For example, is GD2 in there?

Stricktly speaking - I would not class GD as default build, but as its pretty much common place these days and due to the nature of some contests (which in most cases required dynamic graphic creation), I will allow GD to be used.
I think i need to be more clear on this type of thing though... thanks.
