i need help to create a newsboard on my website, same style like http://www.ashleywood.com/praxis2/
just in other colours.

if anyone would like to help me on this, let me know. i cannot offer payment as of right now, but we can talk about that.

To be honest, the site you provide looks like it has a mixture of flash and dhtml to create the look. maybe it uses php to drive the news from a database (that's not hard to do). I think maybe check out javascript.internet.com or dynamicdrive.com for some scrollers first.
