Creating FTP Accounts

Is there anyway that you can create an FTP Account in PHP? I was wondering this because I am thinking of starting a Hosting website, where they would upload via FTP, and I was wondering if you could automate this by automatically creating an FTP account for them

You want a script that will create a user/ftp account? Why don't you use something like cPanel or something similar? Some time of control panel is what you need. Just find something that is secure.
