Question an easy question

i have a script for writing a file in the user's my documents folder based on input from a <textarea> element in my website. I have my php script in a seperate file. when i click the submit button, it just opens the php script. do i need to compile the php script somehow?

Hi Dear,

The pblm may be with php connection with the web server. Please check the php installation and Addtypes in the httpd.conf file if your web server is apache
