I have all my files and instructions to put together my website.
The only problem is I do not no how to do PHP.

Anyway, The website is an affiliate program website from Ewen Chia
and I did not have a clue it was PHP. I do not have expertise in this area.

What would a job cost for someone to upload this all onto my server?
