Creating and uploading html or php pages with a form

Does anybody know how to create and upload html or php pages using a web form?

Like, if in the admin section of my website, I had a form that i could type the coding for the webpage and then when I hit the submit button, it takes that code, creates a webpage in html or php format, and uploads it to the hosting server?

Are there any tutorials out there for that or does somebody know the coding for it?

1st of all - where do u want to create the pages? i mean, do you create them from localhost or not?
you should write you form data into created file and then save this file in your web space.
look the documentation for fopen(), fwrite(), ...
