Default parsing unicode ini files
i am trying to parse .ini language files for different languages.
i am using parse_ini_file() which succeeds in parsing english language only(i can't parse arabic language)

can anyone help with a modified version that parses arabic and other languages as well?

I got no idea about other languages. Just curious are you using PHP4 or 5? I have heard that 5 has better support for stuff like that (though I dont know from experience).

try to put values in ini file to singe quotes:
var='value in arabic text'
