Default File Upload Multi Page

I have looked everywhere for help on this. Posted on several forums with no luck, or I get a fast explaination that makes no sense to me. I am sure it is so simple I am going to laugh (or you will).

I am working with a multi page form. I have to have a file upload on the first page. I need all the data from all 3 pages in the same mysql table row. I need to either pass the file upload values (which I have had no luck finding how to do) to the insert page, or upload the file and then add the rest of the data into the SAME row as the uploaded file. I can do a file upload on a 1 page form no problem. More than 1 page and I am lost.

Here is a simplified idea of what I am trying to accomplish:

Page 1 - Text and File Upload

Page 2 & 3 - Text

Page 4 Insert into database

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I AM A NEWBIE SO TELLING ME IS NOT GOING TO HELP.... I NEED TO SEE CODE....

Thank you all in advance,

Scott
