Alts in using echo for user errors

Hi all,

Is there a way of displaying user error (like "not all fields in form are completed!") in a windows style error box as an alternative to using echo which only displays on the top of the page?

Just thought it would a better way of displaying user errors on my site.

How about javascript.alert? You won't be able to do this on PHP...
