Hi,

I am new to PHP tools and know a little php, javascript etc.

We are starting to develop lots of reporting pages and data entry pages with PHP. Most of the work has been done with simple editors.
Doing reports and such is relatively fast, but edit/data entry pages are longer and harder.

I am basically looking for RAD tools that will permit me to quickly develop those reports and those data entry pages. Please don't forget, I am new to the php development world, so a list of RAD tools I could consider/evealuate would be greatly appreciated.
