Maguma Studio is Maguma's original IDE (Integrated Development Enviroment), which focuses around PHP an open-source server-side programming language. Maguma Studio is a windows-only code editor with numerous features that speed up productivity and allow control and easy management of projects. Maguma Studio includes built-in CVS Manager, FTP handler, Project Management, included encoding and many coding aids for PHP, as well as HTML.

The features and functions of Maguma Open Studio are definitely user friendly, and sufficient to meet the needs of just about any web developer. HOWEVER, the continual receipt of Access violation errors make this product less than desireable. At first, it works fine, but soon, when using a scroll wheel on the mouse, or using code completion, and using a '<' sign to signify a tag start, the Access Vioaltion error message appears, and your train of thought gets totally derailed. Only shutting down MOS "fixes" the problem. Obviously, Maguma has no interest in fixing this problem, and the phpWizard.net folks don't even bother to respond to their own forum posts, and requests for help.

In this case, you definitely get what you pay for!
