Which one would be the easiest to customize PhpBB or Invision Board as a forum? Along with which has the best documentation available?

I want to add a forum to my web site and do not want to take forever in customization or administration.

Want to use my own logo's, simple color scheme somewhat like this board, along with disclaimers and stuff, you know better than me.

Let say I installed it today, how long should it take to customize the layouts?
