what would you say the best internet business website to start would be? Which market do you think will be moving the most in the next 5 years?

I exactly don't know, but i'll like to get the answer to the question.

Probably a boring answer but, I would say retail. Maybe the growth curve will be lower than in other areas (like social networking and music downloading for example) but I think it will maintain a steady path. Wereas other more seemingly exciting areas can be more prone to a boom and bust scenario.
