B) I'm looking for some custom php programming for my website.
I'm a graphic designer, and I want a news section for my site
and a client area, where they can proof their works, I wanna be able to setup users, change the news, and upload images to my server, and have it fit into my layout.

I can either give you 50mb of free hosting, or some graphic work in exchange for
whoever wants to help me. I can offer you 150mb after your first year of free service for just $15. unless you wanna keep the 50 for free. you'll have to provide the domain name.
