Looking for PHP Developers interested in a Full-time Perm. opportunity

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would go about finding good quality Developers who are looking for a new Full-time Permanent opportunity. I am a technical recruiter and work with companies Nationwide, who are looking for Developers of all skill levels. I am burnt out on Monster and Craig's List....please help I welcome any and all suggestions!
