i need help with register script

im making a register script for my webbsite and i get an error

Same problem here .... somebody found the solution? It happened to me after updating plesk for windows from 7.5 to .2.

Somebody know solution ?

Well .... that was 10 days ago, so I already fixed it, just updating some stuff on plesk hosting setup.
