I am new with PHP, but have an extensive background in Microsoft Visual Studio products which use a Visual design.
Are there any PHP editors with similar features? I need to build some database sites using PHP and MySql, and would like to be able to design the data entry forms visually, etc.

The only useful visual tool I know of needs to be installed on your server. It is phpMyAdmin and can be found at sourceforge. Here is a URL: http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/Hope this helps, Harvey Ramer http://www.desdel.com

Check PHPEdit. It's excellent. I too have worked extensively with Visual Studio and I felt very comfortable with PHPEdit.
